I received my BA degree at the University of Maryland and MA in math education degree at New Jersey City University. I began teaching at North Bergen High School in the fall of 2005. Through the years I have taught Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Precalculus, Honors Algebra, Basic Skills, Visual Basic and this year AP Statistics. I am also an adjunct professor at New Jersey City University. Outside of the classroom I am also very interested in playing and listening to music. I truly enjoy mathematics and hopefully that comes out in my teaching. I do assign homework on a daily basis and I do like to challenge my students in giving them math problems they may not be used to. Google Classroom is used every day in my class so please be sure to check often, especially for any supplementary video assignments. Let's have a great year. |
Goals in all of my classes are to ensure that all students are constantly improving on a daily basis and understanding the objectives of the lesson.
